Refund Policy
We want families to feel confident when they support Homeschool Parents or purchase resources on the site. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our paid offerings.
Digital products (printables)
Paid printables are delivered as digital downloads immediately after a successful purchase. Because files are available right away, most printable purchases are final. If you experience a technical problem (for example, a corrupted file or a download that will not open), contact us within 14 days and we will help you access your purchase or issue a refund when we cannot resolve the issue.
Program and membership fees
Fees for programs such as Adult Pen Pals or Parents Club subscriptions are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. If you believe you were charged in error or need to cancel a recurring subscription, contact us promptly so we can review your account and assist with cancellation through Stripe where applicable.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If you made a donation by mistake, contact us within 7 days with the details and we will do our best to help.
How to request help or a refund
Send a message through our Contact page or email homeschoolparentsfb@gmail.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within a few business days.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method when possible.
